While therapy is not about telling people what to do, I actively engage with clients in their attempts to gain clarity and to solve problems. I feel honored by my client’s trust in me and gratified by the work every day.
I am able to provide both short-term, problem-focused treatment and longer-term insight-oriented psychotherapy. I make use of client’s strengths and honor individual’s preferences about the focus, depth, and pace of therapy. My goal is to help clients achieve greater happiness with themselves, their relationships, and their lives as a whole. |
